Contractual Services (600)

Subcontracts in excess of $25,000 may not be executed by the subgrantee without prior written concurrence by TxDOT.

• Description - enter proposed Contractual Services description
• Unit Price - enter the estimated price of one unit
• Quantity - enter number of units
• Purpose/Detail - justify the need for Contractual Services
• Select Save button to calculate the Total Cost

Allocate the total cost amount by entering the TxDOT, Match, and/or Program Income amount in the appropriate field. The allocated amounts must equal the calculated total cost amount.

Remember to Save your work - Every 15 minutes eGrants times out, whether you're typing or not.
