Supplies (500)

List supplies on separate Supplies (500) pages, based on type, e.g., general office supplies, binders, envelopes, printer paper, etc.

Example:
Description - general office supplies
Unit Price - $100.00
Quantity - 1
Purpose/Details - 50 pens & 50 note pads, for handing out to each student enrolled in traffic safety training, for taking notes, writing summaries, and taking quizzes

• Description - enter the name of a supplies item that you want to include in this project's budget
• Unit Price - add the estimated cost of one unit
• Quantity - how many units will you need
• Purpose/Details - justify the need for the supplies by detailing why and how you will be using them with this project
• Select Save button to calculate the Total Cost

Allocate the total cost amount by entering it into the TxDOT, Match, and/or Program Income fields. The allocated amount must equal the calculated total cost amount.

Remember to Save your work - Every 15 minutes eGrants times out, whether you're typing or not.
