Supplies (500)-includes reasonable cost for purchase of office and other supplies that are clearly associated as benefit to the traffic safety grant project.
Different supplies types must be entered on separate pages.
Example: Things such as table covers, binders, instruction manuals, postage, envelopes, staplers, printer paper, etc. go on separate pages.
And general office supplies, such as note pads, pens, markers, paper clips, etc. can go on same page, listed as one type - general office supplies - list total as the unit price for one item, and in the comments list out the individual items.
To request reimbursement for additional supplies, click on the Add button to create another Supplies (500) page.
eGrants allows for attachments. Only one attachment per upload page. Each file uploaded must be less than 4MB. File types accepted: bmp, doc, docx, gif, jpg, pdf, png, ppt, tif, txt, wpd, xls, xlsx.
Attach documentation to support the supplies expenditure i.e., invoice, receipt, etc. To attach a document, select Browse, locate your file, click Open. Then, click Save to upload to eGrants.
To view the attachment, click the file's link. When an attachment is modified, the attachment must be deleted, and the modified version re-attached. Select Save.
To add another supplies claim, select Add to create another page.
Save your work - Every 15 minutes eGrants times out, whether you're typing or not.
